In-Store Purchase Only

Every item in this sale is available for purchase at our Richmond Hill showroom only. There is no online checkout. If you see something you like, give us a call to confirm it is still here, then come see it in person.

First Come, First Served

These are clearance items — open-box, overstock, and discontinued pieces — in limited quantities. Most are one of a kind. We do not hold, reserve, or set aside items. The first person to purchase an item in-store gets it.

Call Before You Come

The quantities and availability shown on this website are updated regularly but are not live. Items can sell between updates. To save yourself a trip, please call us at 905-886-6621 to confirm that the item you are interested in is still available before visiting.

All Sales Are Final

Every item in this clearance event is sold as-is, final sale. That means:

• No returns
• No exchanges
• No refunds
• No backorders
• No rainchecks

We encourage you to inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. Our staff are happy to help you look things over.

Condition & Warranty

Most items in this sale are new and unused — open-box, display, or overstock. Some may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs from handling or packaging wear. Any known defects will be noted on the item listing.

Because these are new products from their original manufacturers, many may still qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty. We cannot guarantee warranty coverage for any specific item — eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s policies and the product’s purchase or manufacturing date. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly if warranty coverage is important to your purchase decision.

Home Comfort Centre does not provide any additional warranty, express or implied, on clearance items.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include tax. HST will be added at the time of purchase. Prices are as marked and are not subject to further negotiation or discount. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Pickup & Delivery

Items must be picked up from our showroom. We do not offer shipping for clearance items. If you need delivery arranged, our staff can recommend local courier options — but delivery is your responsibility and cost.

Limitation of Liability

Home Comfort Centre makes every reasonable effort to present accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we are not liable for typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, or images that differ slightly from the physical product. Our total liability for any claim arising from a clearance purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Ontario Consumer Protection

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or any other applicable legislation. Where these terms conflict with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
